Privacy Policy

Braslux is committed to protecting the freedom and privacy rights of its customers, suppliers, employees and other partners, according to its Privacy Policy. This policy aims to comply with the General Law of Data Protection (Law 13.709 of 14.08.2018) and other applicable laws on the subject, as well as to describe how it protects privacy when carrying out the exclusive treatment of personal data.

01 - Types of data
Braslux identifies the personal data processed and who are the respective data owners.

02 - Where data is treated and collected
Company processes identify where data is used and submitted to some type of processing, which may be collected through the site, communication software or physical documents used in commercial and labor interactions. 

03 - Purpose: why the data is processed
The purposes for which personal data is used are adequate according to the LGPD. Braslux uses this personal data to execute contracts or meet mandatory legal requirements according to the purpose, legitimate interest and consent of the holder, when necessary.

04 - How the data is stored
Personal data is stored preferentially in electronic form and, whenever possible, cryptography is used for treatment and storage protection. Eventually the data will be treated and stored in physical form, with adequate protection being guaranteed. The places where they are stored are identified.

05 - Data movement
The data may be moved (internal or external) throughout the processes depending on the form/media in which they are stored (physical or electronic) and will be in accordance with the authorizations provided for by LGPD. Ex: forms, emails, contracts, etc.

06 - Applicable security controls
Security/privacy controls are applied to personal data in the company. Data is disposed of in accordance with the relevant legal requirements.

07 - Holders' rights 
In compliance with applicable regulations, regarding the treatment of personal data, Braslux respects and guarantees to the holder, the possibility of presenting requests based on the rights of the holders foreseen in the General Law of Data Protection, which can be done through the communication channel with the DPO, presented above.
